brooklyn bride holiday card swap

i almost forgot about the Brooklyn Bride card swap i took part of during the 2012 holidays! we all signed up to send each other hand-made holiday cards. Here is what arrived in my mailbox:

and a “Party Hard. Keep it Merry.” card with an envelope of confetti from the Brooklyn Bride herself, Vané!

maker fair 2012

i’m kind of beyond stoked to be heading to the 2012 maker fair to help cheryl from peach farm studio give live letterpress demonstrations!

we will be “letterpress printing the old fashioned way,” which means stepping out of the wedding invitation production box. hand-setting type, feeding pages one by one—oh, the nostalgia.

i’ll be helping cheryl out on sunday, may 20. do join if you are in the bay area. you will get to take home a little letterpress love with you!
